I'm searching something similar to Matamko for Joomla.

I don't read features for me very important:
1. if is possible protect the Temporary File Folder with HtAccess or other method, so isn't possible download the file directly (e.g.: url www.miosito.it/tmp_download/pippo.pdf)
2. if I can protect the download page with username and password, create automatically when I send a file.

For point 1, I do not understand what you mean. Can you kindly explain what you want in details?

For 2, do you mean to say for the url to download the page, you want to be able to protect it with a username and password for selected members in your joomla site?

For do you just need a random password generated so that any users that want to access the file/files will have to key the password in to download?

1. i want protect the directly file url (e.g.: if i pass to you the url
www.matamko.com/demo/components/com_mata...o_fotografico_09.pdf , you can't download the file if you don't know the password [if possibile the same of the next point] ).
2. exactly i need a random password generated for ever file/s uploaded. (e.g.: there have to be a username and password to approach the page www.matamko.com/demo/index.php?option=co...ass=12504123171DLpH8)

For the password protection, to understand better,

are you more concerned about other websites leeching your link (and bandwidth) or is it because you want to grant access only to a selected group of users?

Perhaps you can let me know what you are trying to achieve to let us help us understand more?

i want these steps:
1. editor user upload the file (or files) with a email of user PIPPO and file password "X"
2A. the application create a page password "Y" for ever user (in this case "Y" for user PIPPO), that there isn't a respective email in DB table
2B. the application send the mail with link of the previous file (or files) and file password and file password to user PIPPO
3. user PIPPO receive a email with link and file password "X" and page password "Y"
4. user PIPPO click on the link and open the page but he doesnt' view a link
5. user PIPPO insert the password "Y" and view the link;
6. user PIPPO click on link;
7. user PIPPO insert the password "X" before to download the file;
8. user PIPPO download the file
