Dear users, we just received a complaint from a customer who made a successful payment but was unable to download his files after waiting for more than 15 minutes.
We managed to resolve it by doing a manual check and emailing him the file.
At the same time, we have already sent a support ticket to our outsourced ecommerce vendor for clarifications. And while we wait for their reply, we would like to let you know that such an incident might occur during this period of time.
